Lisa earned her M.A. degree from Towson University. She is skilled in psychological assessment earning a Diplomate from the American Board of School Neuropsychology in 2010. Lisa provides excellent psychological evaluations for children with learning disabilities, ADHD, memory deficits, spectrum disorders, and behavioral/emotional issues. She is considered an expert in the identification of children with Learning Disabilities. She has conducted workshops on identifying learning disabilities based upon cognitive processing profiles and resistance to treatment models. Lisa is a recently published author of an article entitled: “Focus on Fluid Reasoning: The relationship between Fluid Reasoning and the pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses Model”. No one explains cognitive functioning and the relationship to psychological test measures better than Lisa. Dr. Robert Whitaker is a licensed psychologist who is committed and knowledgeable. He is a nationally certified school psychologist and has over 25 years of experience working with children and adolescents. Robert received his doctorate in school psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a combined focus in neuropsychology and cognitive behavioral therapy. He is recognized as a Diplomate from the American Board of School Neuropsychology. He received his specialist degree in school psychology from Gallaudet University and has a specialization in working with Deaf/Hard of Hearing children. He is fluent in American Sign Language and culturally competent in working with the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Community. Robert also has special interest and experience with ADHD, Anxiety, and Specific Learning Disabilities. Robert has honed techniques that carefully assess memory and executive functions which can lead to effective strategies and accommodations. He works to provide functional and applicable assessments that bridge brain-based, behavioral, and neuropsychological approaches with educational, school-based interventions. He believes strongly in equitable accessibility to quality services for all individuals.

Dr. Danielle Rubinic is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Maryland and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She received her doctoral education and training in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Maryland to begin practice as a school psychologist in August 2011. Dr. Rubinic is highly skilled in psychological evaluation and determining the academic, social, and emotional needs of each individual with whom she works. She specializes in assessing for specific learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and more. Dr. Rubinic believes in using exceptional communication, collaboration, and consultation skills to ensure that the needs of all her clients are met with professionalism and efficacy. Amy Manner is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with children in the Maryland public school system. She assesses children with a wide range of neurodevelopmental, learning, emotional, and behavioral needs. She specializes in assessing for specific learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety disorders, and other mood conditions. Based on her assessments, Amy is able to provide a variety of recommendations for home and school to support the client’s academic and behavioral needs. Amy appreciates the enormity of suspecting or learning your child has a disability. She will partner with parents to understand their child's educational needs and to navigate the various school-based systems of support (e.g., 504, special education).
She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and her master’s degree and certificate of advanced studies in school psychology from Towson University.
